---Make sure your port settings in the webcam setup are set to 8080.

---If this doesn't work, check with your ISP to see if port 8080 is open. If you need to change port settings, they need to be changed in webcam setup as well as in index. Example: NY Cablevision (TM) closed port 8080. We now use 6699. Check with your local provider.
